    Escape from Alcatraz by Victor Gadino (Paramount, 1979). Signed Original Graphite Drawing on Illustration Board (15" X 22) From the collection of David Frangioni, author of Clint Eastwood: ICON & Crash: The World's Greatest Drum Kits.
    Victor Gadino, whose work is known for its mastery of the human figure and almost photo realism of portraits, designed this concept work for Clint Eastwood's tale of the only successful escape from Alcatraz Island. There is a paper cover sheet attached with masking tape to the verso of the board. The signed drawing itself is very clean with no interior defects, and the smudging, writing, tape stains, and paper lift in the borders is from the artistic process. Very Fine/Near Mint on Illustration Board.
