DescriptionThe Wizard of Oz (MGM, 1939). Fine/Very Fine. Lobby Card (11" X 14").
With its fantastic look at the main cast of the movie, this is the best Wizard of Oz lobby card in the set! Pictured are the Tin Man (Jack Haley), the Scarecrow (Ray Bolger), Dorothy (Judy Garland), and the Cowardly Lion (Bert Lahr) as Dorothy dries the Lion's tears after yet another scare. This wonderful lobby card is easily the most desirable of the set, making it a hard-to-get prize for fans and collectors alike. The card has some light edge wear, minor creases, pinholes, and a tiny nick on the left edge. There is also some very subtle toning along with faint smudge and mostly unobtrusive stains. The main image itself has just a few minor stains.
Estimate: $5,000 - $10,000.
