    Description

The Green Hornet Strikes Again (Universal, 1941). One Sheet (27" X 41") Advance.
Extremely rare amongst The Green Hornet Strikes Back paper, this one sheet looks just as exciting as the promised on-screen action with its fully colored illustrations and eye-catching title, very much in contrast to the far more common duotone serial posters of the day. George W. Trendle and Fran Striker's masked publisher once again makes the transition from the airwaves to the silver screen with a whole new fifteen chapter adventure, this time with Warren Hull both playing and voicing the moonlighting vigilante Britt Reid. Keye Luke, also known as Charlie Chan's "Number One Son," reprises his role as the Green Hornet's deceptively capable valet and bodyguard Kato, with the returning faces of Anne Nagel as secretary Lenore Case and Ray Boteler as reporter Mike Axford. The popping colors in this dynamic one sheet are just as bright as the day they were printed, now looking even better with touchup applied to the folds, pinholes in the borders and interior, a small nick in the left border, three small tears in the bottom left border with a tiny sliver of paper loss. There are some very minor post-restoration stains in the bottom border. Very Fine on Linen.
