Lyle Talbot is the devious antagonist Lex Luthor, who disguises himself as Atom Man, and threatens to bring destruction upon Metropolis. It's up to Superman (Kirk Alyn) to save the threatened city in this thrilling adventure serial. Alyn would star in two serials for Columbia as the Man of Steel. These were the first live action appearance of the famous DC Comic character. Featuring a heroic image, the poster shows toning, pinholes and small tears in the borders, crossfold separations, a chip in the lower border and title box at the vertical fold, a chip in the left border, a scratch in the lower black area, a tear in Superman's face, and scotch tape on the verso.
