    Invaders from Mars (20th Century Fox, 1953). Poster (30" X 40").
    A gripping examination of a country tormented by paranoia, this classic sci-fi presents its story through the eyes of a young Jimmy Hunt, who tries to convince a couple of scientists (Arthur Franz and Helena Carter in her final film) that his parents have been taken over by aliens. This is the first time Heritage has offered this silk screen 30" X 40" poster, and, as no other has ever come up for auction, we believe it to be the only known to exist. The poster shows creasing throughout, pinholes in the corners, minor surface loss in the upper border, small tears in the left and right borders, and a union stamp in the lower border. Partial restoration has addressed some of the creasing. 1950s science fiction collectors will not want to miss out on the opportunity to add this fantastic and scarce poster to their collection.
