E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (Universal, 1982). One Sheet (27" X 41"). Advance.One of the most difficult posters to obtain from the 1980s is this advance one sheet for the Oscar winning landmark film by Steven Spielberg. It's a deceptively effective rendering of E.T.'s mothership gently floating to earth. Intended not to frighten even the very young, yet still able to convey the idea of an alien craft approaching. Certainly, no modern sci-fi collection is complete without this one! The poster was folded and the foldlines have minimal professional touch-up, rendering them almost invisible. Very Fine on Linen.
