James Cruze directs Wallace Beery and George Bancroft in this epic adventure. It tells the tale of the defeat of the Barbary pirates in Tripoli. Esther Ralston and Charles Farrell co-star, and Boris Karloff appears in a small role as a Saracen guard. Prior to restoration, there was fold wear, chips and tears in the borders, and surface wear. There was a long vertical tear at the top, and the borders have all been airbrushed. This stone litho one sheet now displays beautifully. From the Dwight Manley Collection.
