    Description

    Moon Over Miami (20th Century Fox, 1941). Fine+ on Linen. One Sheet (27.5" X 41") Style B.
Don Ameche and pin-up star Betty Grable join forces for their second film together, Moon Over Miami. A fun romantic musical, the levity of this picture was much needed at the time, as America was heading into war. Grable was on her way to becoming 20th Century-Fox's biggest star, a position she would enjoy for a decade, along with being the highest paid actress in Hollywood. The lissome starlet even had her legs insured for a million dollars! This glorious and always rare one sheet features Grable in one of her most iconic pin-up shots. Well restored, this poster once showed fold wear and separations, misfolds, pinholes, and small chips. There were a few tears and the borders have been partially trimmed with minor trimming of the side edges and a 0.5" trim at the top and bottom. These issues have been addressed and the borders have been airbrushed.
