World War I Propaganda (YWCA, 1919). Rolled, Fine/Very Fine. Poster (30" X 41") "For Every Fighter a Woman Worker," Adolph Triedler Artwork.
It takes an army to sustain an army, and women workers were firing on all cylinders back on the home front - arming the boys overseas with planes, trucks, tanks, and ammunition! The YWCA commissioned illustrator Adolph Triedler to craft this fantastic World War I-era morale piece, in support of the United War Work Campaign. The poster has edge wear with creasing and small chips.

    Estimate: $800 - $1,600.
