DescriptionWings (Paramount, 1927). Fine+ on Cardstock. Window Card (14" X 22") Style A.
Window cards from this silent WWI drama are an uncommon sight, making this a top choice for discerning collectors. Former aviator William Wellman, only twenty-eight, directed this war picture, the first feature film to win an Academy Award. Professional restoration has made corrections to creases, a few tears, and pinholes. The imprint area had been trimmed and has since been replaced during restoration. The borders, imprint area, and outer background have been airbrushed.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
