    Description

Winchester '73 (Universal International, 1950). Very Fine- on Linen. Three Sheet (40.75" X 80"). Reynold Brown Artwork.
Director Anthony Mann featured James Stewart in eight of his acclaimed films, a partnership that started with this fine Western. This picture has Stewart playing a determined man intent on recovering his prized, one-in-a-thousand Winchester rifle from thief Stephen McNally. Shelley Winters, Dan Duryea, Rock Hudson, and Tony Curtis make an excellent supporting cast. Filled with rich color and attention grabbing detail, this excellent three sheet is making its premiere appearance at Heritage. Light touchup has been applied to slight edge and fold wear, a few fold separations, pinholes, as well as small chips and tears. Some of these issues are still visible, as is mild toning in the lower panel. Very Fine- on Linen.

    Estimate: $1,500 - $3,000.
