    Zane Grey Heralds (Paramount & Fox, 1920s-1930s). Heralds (19) (Unfolded, 5" X 7" - 8.75" X 11.5"). Western.
Offered are a bevy of vintage heralds from numerous film adaptations of the work of prolific Western author Zane Grey. Titles included such classics as The Thundering Herd (1925), The Heritage of the Desert (1924), Wild Horse Mesa (1925), Drums of the Desert (1927), Desert Gold (1926), The Call of the Canyon (1923), Rainbow Trail (1932), The Mysterious Rider (1927), Nevada with Gary Cooper (1927), Sunset Pass with Jack Holt (1929), Last of the Duanes (1930), and so many more! Unrestored heralds with bright colors and clean overall appearances. They may show general signs of use, such as slight edge edge and fold wear, light fold separation, limited creases, faint smudges, small tears, or very minor instances of paper loss or surface paper lifts. Some of the heralds still have their original ink and postage stamps from the distribution process, along with pencil or pen markings in the imprint areas. The herald for Avalanche displays more significant fold separation, along with some creasing. The herald for El Ultimo de los Vargas is Spanish language, and one of the Wild Horse Mesa heralds was manufactured in Australia. Please see full-color, enlargeable images above for more details. Folded, Overall Grade: Very Fine.
