    Description

They Died with Their Boots On (Warner Brothers, 1941). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Raoul Walsh directs this biopic of George Custer, with much added Hollywood romanticizing. The last of eight films Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland made together, this is one of their best, with Anthony Quinn co-starring as Chief Crazy Horse. This card is one of the best in the set as it depicts one of the most famous moments in US history, as General Custer makes his last stand at Little Big Horn. Signs of light use include pinholes in two corners, a tear in the right border, a chip in the left corner, a top right corner bend, and a crease in the right and left border. Fine+.
