The Upland Rider (First National, 1928). Folded, Fine+. One Sheet (27" X 41").
Western star Ken Maynard appeared in this silent oater alongside his trusted ride, Tarzan the Wonder Horse. Having developed at First National within a short eighteen months, Ken Maynard was slotted to represent six productions announced by the studio in 1927 due to his rapid rise in Western pictures. The Upland Rider was one of the six original stories written for the actor by Marion Jackson. The film co-stars Ena Gregory, Lafe McKee, Robert D. Walker, and Bobby Dunn. The poster is overall presentable in appearance and shows slight edge and fold wear, fold separations, and paper loss within the title, missing the word "The." From the Dwight Manley Collection.
