    Description

    The Terror of Tiny Town (Columbia/Astor, 1937/R-1940). One Sheet (27" X 41"), Title Card, & Lobby Cards (2) (11" X 14").
There is nothing unusual about a film in which a cowboy helps out a beautiful ranch owner menaced by local thugs, unless it is filled with an all-little person cast riding Shetland ponies and walking under swinging saloon doors. Columbia's 1937 Western musical delivers an unforgettable twist on a conventional plot, and with resounding success. Many of the stars went on to appear as Munchkins in The Wizard of Oz (1939), and this one-of-a kind film has achieved cult favorite status. This reissue one sheet boasts a fantastic image of the unusual cast, and comes with a title card and two lobby cards from the original release. A Heritage first, the poster shows edge and fold wear, fold separations, mild creases, pinholes, and small tears. There is a piece of cellophane tape on the verso. The lobby cards have edge wear, some creases, unobtrusive stains and smudges, and minor tears. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
