The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (United Artists, 1968). Banner (82" X 24").
This is a scarce format poster for the Clint Eastwood/Sergio Leone classic. Banners were printed in fewer numbers than almost any of the format posters offered for a film as fewer were ordered by the exhibitors. This wonderful example of silk screen printing with its dayglo red and black color combination is so reminiscent of the late 1960s design schemes. This copy is rolled with staple holes found sporadically around the edges. There is a vertical fold between the image on the far left side and the title box. Rolled, Fine+.
