She Wore a Yellow Ribbon (RKO, 1949). Half Sheet (22" X 28") Style A.
The second installment in John Ford's "Cavalry Trilogy" found John Wayne as an Army captain on the eve of retirement who must quiet a potential Indian uprising. This well-known Western classic was the only one of the trilogy to be shot in Technicolor. Prior to restoration this poster had edge tears with one extending in the image area along the top border and one going into the background in the right border, creases, touch-up to the borders and a chip in the top and bottom borders. This poster still has two very small nicks, one along the bottom right edge and one along the top border. This poster showcases terrific artwork of Wayne and the cast. Fine on Linen.
