She Wore a Yellow Ribbon (Rank, R-1963). French Grande (47" X 63").The second in John Ford's "Cavalry Trilogy," She Wore a Yellow Ribbon was the only one to be shot in Technicolor. John Wayne is an Army captain nearing retirement who must silence a potential Indian uprising. Ford regulars such as John Agar, Ben Johnson, Harry Carey Jr., and Victor McLaglen co-star. Offered for the first time through Heritage, this outstanding poster features terrific Jean Mascii art of Wayne in the foreground, as a battle wages behind him. The poster showed a small tear in the upper border prior to restoration, and touchup has been done to the folds. Very Fine+ on Linen.
