Fort Worth (Warner Brothers, 1951). Three Sheet (41" X 79").Retired gunfighter Ned Britt (Randolph Scott) tries his luck as local newspaperman and sets his journalistic sights on exposing the unscrupulous cattle baron Gabe Clevinger (Ray Teal). He finds time to fall for an ex-friend's gal, Flora Talbot (Phyllis Thaxter), and is confronted with his conscience when Clevinger resorts to violence in order to block the arrival of the railroad in Fort Worth. This action packed three sheet, complete with requisite stagecoach and a virtually life size, gun toting Scott in all his justice seeking glory, has been restored to address a small chip in the upper edge and a tear in the upper background. Touchup has been applied to the folds and there are minor surface scratches. Very Fine on Linen.
