    Description

    For a Few Dollars More (PEA, 1965). Italian 4 - Foglio (56" X 78.5") Style B.
It's been several years since Heritage has presented this, one of the best country-of-origin posters for the second, and perhaps best, of the Clint Eastwood/Sergio Leone trilogy. The style B oversized Italian poster is hard to come by, and it's a testament to how successful a poster can be with just two simple, but effective, central images. On the left is the sardonic "Man with No Name" with his handgun by his side. The white stucco wall to his left registers the only real color in the poster, a dramatic splotch of blood where his bullet traveled completely through whatever villain faced him only moments before. The poster has scattered pinholes in the top section, staple holes in the bottom, left and right border, torn corners, cross fold separations, a chip in the left border, wrinkling in the bottom border and top section, toning in the left and right border, and a tax stamp in the right blue "frame." An excellent candidate for professional restoration, this foglio is an important find for Eastwood/Leone collectors. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
