Days of the Golden West (Ventura, 1933). Rodeo Poster (28" X 42").Rodeo ready in traditional cowgirl attire, the young woman riding horseback on this poster is seen joyously waving to the viewer. This poster comes from the Days of the Golden West celebration, in which over 25,000 people packed Ventura streets to watch approximately 5,000 people and 700 horses take part. Prior to restoration, this poster had some tears in the borders, some of which extend into the yellow background, and one from the top border into the "W" of West. There was some fold separation. Professional restoration has left this vintage Western poster in frame ready form! Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
