    Welcome Danger (Paramount, 1929). Fine+ on Paper. Insert (14" X 36").
One of the top comedians of the silent era, Harold Lloyd first entered sound pictures with this classic, which was shown in both silent and sound versions, as some theaters in 1929 had not made the transition to the new technology. Lloyd produced his own films at this point in his career, and this was his highest grossing picture to date, released just weeks before the stock market crash. Professional corrections include slight edge wear, pinholes, a few moderate tears in the interior, and a couple of very minor chips. The poster had soft surface scuffs as well as some staining, which is still faintly visible in the background. The borders have been airbrushed. Fine+ on Paper.

    Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
