    Description

World War II Propaganda (U.S. Government Printing Office, 1942). OWI Poster No. 11 (28.25" X 38") "This is Nazi Brutality." War.
A haunting image for an equally haunting story, artist Ben Shahn gives Americans an idea of the horrific events that took place during the massacre in Lidice, Czechoslovakia, a town the Germans completely destroyed and exterminated most of its inhabitants. An unrestored poster that displays signs of use. May include mild edge or fold wear, slight fold separations, small tears, small chips and nicks, or foxing. There is some paper loss in the lower left corner. Please see full-color, enlargeable image above for more details. Fine/Very Fine.
