    Description

World War II Propaganda (Stetson Hat Company, 1940s). Poster (25" X 39") "Loose Talk Can Cost Lives, Keep It Under Your Stetson."
There was no shortage of contributors for propaganda in World War II, from both the public and private sectors. The Stetson Hat company helped produce an impressive number of posters for the cause, putting their own branded spin on the prolific "Loose Talk" campaign. Eventually, the company gained enough of a name for themselves that they didn't need to put their product on their posters, resulting in such creative and effective images as this. Making a first time appearance at Heritage, this poster has edge wear with a few minor tears, border creasing, faint smudges, and a minute bottom right corner chip. Rolled, Very Fine-.
