    Description

World War I Propaganda (U.S. Government Printing Office, 1918). Trimmed Liberty Bonds Poster (19.75" X 29.75") "Come On! Buy More Liberty Bonds." War.
A World War I Liberty Loan poster featuring a powerful image by artist Walter Whitehead of a soldier with his rifle and bayonet standing over a fallen enemy. An unrestored poster that displays signs of average wear and use, including signs of age, fading, creases, tears, pinholes, very minor paper loss, surface scuffs, very minor paper lifts, brittleness, or staining. The edges have been slightly trimmed. The highest grade possible for an item backed on poster board is VG/F. In any condition, U.S. war propaganda posters are avidly sought for their stirring imagery that still evokes a deep sense of patriotism. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Due to the size, shipping costs will be slightly higher than normal. Good/Very Good on Poster Board.
