    As one of Germany's most famous graphic artists of the 1910s, Louis Oppenheim's designs became synonymous with the Berlin style of poster art. In this poster, featuring the image of a German zeppelin, Oppenheim helps advertise a charity benefit for the families of fallen members of the Airship Replacement Department. Its this poster's first appearance at Heritage, which has been professionally restored edge war with moderate tears into the background, a few creases, and a couple of small chips. There was some paper loss in the lower right corner and border, as well as a small bit of unaddressed pencil writing in the lower left corner. Fine+ on Linen.
