This World War I Liberty Bonds display, featuring dynamic artwork by Joseph Pennell, depicts a battleship under construction to emphasize the vital need for financial support in strengthening the nation's war effort. An unrestored display with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. It may have slight edge and corner wear/corner bends, some creases and handling wear, a chip at the bottom left corner, toning, and tears of varying lengths, the longest of which is along the left border and reaches approximately 10" in length. There are a few strips of masking tape on the verso.
