This World War II adventure film is based on the true story of Allied POWs who plot a massive breakout from a German prison camp. Directed by John Sturges, the film features a stellar ensemble cast including Steve McQueen, whose iconic motorcycle chase made him a breakout star. Backed to linen, the poster received touchup to pinholes, tears in the top and left margins, and creases in the title treatment. The white areas and borders have been airbrushed. Thanks to these efforts, the poster presents well.
