    The Caine Mutiny & Others Lot (Columbia, 1954). Photos (28) and Color Photos (6) (approx. 8" X 10"), & Trimmed Photos (3) (approx. 7.75" X 10"). War.
    Vintage gelatin silver, color, single weight, glossy photos. Starring Humphrey Bogart, José Ferrer, Van Johnson, Fred MacMurray, Robert Francis, May Wynn, Tom Tully, E.G. Marshall, Lee Marvin, Arthur Franz, Warner Anderson, Claude Akins, Katherine Warren, Jerry Paris, Steve Brodie, Herbert Anderson, and James Best. Directed by Edward Dmytryk. Included in this lot with The Caine Mutiny are color photos from Battle Cry (1955), and photos from such films as Attack (1956), The Proud and the Profane (1956), Town Without Pity (1961), PT 109 (1963), The Condemned of Altona (1962), 36 Hours (1965), Fail Safe (1964), The War Lover (1962), and The Purple Plain (1955), just to name a few. Unrestored photos with good color and overall presentable appearances. They may have slight edge wear, corner bends, creases, tears, pinholes, paper lifts, smudges, minor stains, some surface blemishes and/or checking, soft curling, paper remnants, snipes, and/or very minor toning. Cellophane tape on the verso. Three photos have been lightly trimmed in the lower borders, and one photo from Battle Cry's protective overcoat is peeling from the upper left corner.
