    Description

    Hell's Angels (United Artists, 1930). Window Card (14" X 22").
Aviation fanatic Howard Hughes had an unexpected hit with this homage to the daredevil flying aces of WWI, with expert aerial sequences that are breathtaking. Little known starlet Jean Harlow made a hit performance which skyrocketed her career. A legendary film, paper for this gem is highly prized by serious collectors and this is an incredible find, with a gorgeous stone litho portrait of Harlow and action scene of the fighter planes, by Hap Hadley. It has been restored with touch-up and linen-backing to address edge wear with small tears, tears in the top right corner, a minor chip in the top corners, creases and wrinkles. This is truly a stunning piece from an early cinematic classic. Very Good+ on Linen.
