    Description

    Coca-Cola World War II Fighter Planes (Coca-Cola, 1943). Framed Posters (6) (14.75" X 16.75"). War.
These six framed posters, produced by Coca-Cola during World War II, were hung in bottling plant lobbies, schools, and other businesses to educate the viewer of the differences between friendly planes and enemy aircraft as preparation for bomb drills. Artist William Heaslip provides amazing artwork to distinguish between the Allies and Axis fighters. Feature are the P-40 "Warhawk," B-26 "Marauder," the PBM "Mariner," the YR-4 "Helicopter," the PBY "Catalina," and the P-39 "Airacobra." Unrestored posters with overall presentable appearances. They may have edge wear, corner bends, creases, tears, minor paper lifts, stains, light toning, surface scuffs and scratches, some paper loss in the borders, and show signs of slight color fading. Due to the size/weight of this lot, shipping costs may be higher than usual. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Fine.
