DescriptionTrader Horn by John Howard Lawson and Jim Tully (MGM, 1930). Very Fine-. Original Third Draft Dialogue Continuity Script (Approx. 177 Pages, 8.5" X 11")
Making a first appearance at Heritage is this official third draft script for one of the most popular safari adventure films of the 1930s, a semi-biographical account of Alfred Aloysius Horn starring Harry Carrey. The script comes from the MGM studio vault and is quarto printed with stenciled studio wrappers, brad bound, and carbon printed on onionskin paper. Signs of usage include edge wear, small tears, mild creases, and smudges. The majority of this wear can be found on the wrappers, which also have pencil writing and studio stamps on the front. A few of the pages have unobtrusive pencil and grease pencil writing consistent with studio handling.
Estimate: $800 - $1,600.
