DescriptionTouch of Evil (Universal International, 1958). Insert (14" X 36").
The multi-talented Orson Welles wrote, directed and stared in this film noir of corruption and murder. Charlton Heston is Miguel "Mike" Vargas, who brings along his new wife Janet Leigh, as he investigates a bombing that involves policemen Welles and Joseph Calleia. Wonderful cameos by Marlene Dietrich, Joseph Cotten, Keenan Wynn, and Zsa Zsa Gabor round out the film. This wonderful format has light edge war, mild creases, and a few small tears. It also has unobtrusive stains, some smudging, and a bit of surface rippling at the bottom. There are a few pieces of paper tape on the verso. Rolled, Fine/Very.
Estimate: $400 - $800.
