DescriptionTo Kill a Mockingbird (Universal International, 1963). Italian 2 - Fogli (39" X 54.75").
Robert Mulligan and Alan J. Pakula brilliantly bring Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize-winning autobiographical novel to the screen. Gregory Peck is at his best as Atticus Finch, an attorney who chooses to defend a black man (Brock Peters) against prejudice in the Deep South. The film took home Academy Awards for Best Actor (Peck), Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Art Direction, and features Robert Duvall's film debut as the mysterious Boo Radley. Signs of handling on this Heritage first include edge and fold wear with small tears, fold separations, mild creases, and pinholes. There is some staining in the borders, and the poster displays toning. The verso has pieces of archival tape at a separation of the upper vertical fold. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $400 - $800.
