    Description

    To Kill a Mockingbird (Universal, 1963). Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14").
Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize-winning autobiographical novel was brought to the screen by the producer/director team of Robert Mulligan and Alan J. Pakula. Lee's Depression-era story of two children and their attorney father, Atticus Finch, who chooses to defend a black man against prejudice in the Deep South, has become a classic of the modern cinema. The film won Academy Awards for Best Actor (Gregory Peck), Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Art Direction. Robert Duvall made his film debut as the mysterious Boo Radley. The cards have pinholes in the borders, light edge wear. Card #3 has a diagonal crease at the top of the card and card #5 has an erasure mark on Peck's upper lip. Fine/Very Fine.
