    Description

    To Catch a Thief (Paramount, 1955). Insert (14" X 36").
The cool, suave and oh-so-elegant Cary Grant was brought in to play a retired cat burglar who falls prey to the charms of the even more elegant Grace Kelly in Alfred Hitchcock's mystery set in the casinos of Monte Carlo. Hitchcock hit his stride in the 1950s and this film showed the master director's skill like no other. Inserts in rolled condition are very difficult to find. There are two pinholes in each of the upper corners, tiny small tears around the edges and in the bottom borders. There is a three inch tear in the bottom center that has been repaired on the back with tape. The bottom border also has an added NSS number denoting the poster was used in the 1963 rerelease. From the collection of Wade Williams. Rolled, Fine+.
