DescriptionThree Godfathers (MGM, 1936). Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14").
Three bank robbers on the run come across a lone wagon in the desert which is occupied by a dying woman and her infant, leading to much conflict and moral dilemma for the trio. Lewis Stone, Walter Brennan, and Sidney Toler star in this Western, which would be re-made in 1948 with John Wayne. The lobby set generally shows pinholes in the borders and interior, slight surface scratches, and mild creases. They have stains and smudges, some of which extend into the image area. One of the cards has a small bit of writing in the lower border and a mild gouge in the right side of the image. The title card is in excellent shape with a very minor tear in the lower border. Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $600 - $1,200.
