DescriptionThe Woman in Green (Universal, 1945). Folded, Very Fine-. One Sheet (27" X 41").
In this chilling entry in the Sherlock Holmes series, the famed detective, (played by the sensational Basil Rathbone) and his loyal Dr. Watson (Nigel Bruce) set out to solve the case of a serial killer who severs the right forefinger of his female victims. This is the third Holmes film to star Henry Daniell as the villain, this time as the detective's arch nemesis, Professor Moriarty. Signs of handling include light fold wear, slight crossfold separations, and faint creases. The lower crossfold has a small splice with minor touchup, and the poster has some cellophane tape on the verso. Folded, Very Fine-.
Estimate: $1,200 - $2,400.
