    Based on the novel by Georges Arnaud, this thrilling Henri-Georges Clouzot film tells the story of an American oil company that enlists four tough drifters for a high-paying suicide mission: transporting explosives across the rough terrain of Central America. One of the most nerve-wracking and exciting films ever made, Clouzot's masterpiece won the Grand Prize at the 1953 Cannes Film Festival. Manfredo Acerbo provides the excellent artwork found on this poster, which ahs been professionally restored to correct edge and fold wear, fold separations, pinholes into the interior, and small tears. There are chips in the borders with chipping in some of the folds. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
