Description

The Three Stooges in Cactus Makes Perfect (Columbia, 1942). Title Lobby Card (11" X 14").
The Stooges head West to seek their fortune as gold prospectors when a swindling salesman sells them a phony map to a lost gold mine. Of course, the trio stumble upon the real deal, and have to defend their newfound wealth from a couple of dynamite-wielding thieves. Monte Collins plays the Stooges put upon mother, with Ernie Adams and Vernon Dent acting as the would-be robbers. It's Heritage's first time to sell any paper from this hilarious short, and this title card shows pinholes in the top corners, a few creases, a small tear at the bottom, and rounded corners. There is a stain in the right border and some slight toning at the edges. Fine/Very Fine.

    Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
