    The Son of the Sheik (United Artists, 1926). Folded, Very Fine+. Swedish One Sheet (23.5" X 35.5").
    A first time offering, this Swedish one sheet retains beautiful and vibrant color in Rudolph Valentino's portrait. Valentino became a world-wide icon with his portrayal of Sheik Ahmed Ben Hassan in The Sheik, which was such an overwhelming success at the box office that a sequel was released several years later. The Son of the Sheik, however, is everything The Sheik was not. Exciting, adventurous, thrilling, and wildly romantic, this movie presents a bold, confident Valentino at the peak of his creative powers. The poster has slight creases and faint unobtrusive smudges.
