The Sisters (Warner Brothers, 1949). Folded, Fine/Very Fine. First Post-War Release Italian 2 - Fogli (39.25" X 55.25") Luigi Martinati Artwork.
A lovely image of Warner Brothers' stars Bette Davis and Erol Flynn fills this large-format Italian poster, which is making its first appearance at Heritage. This tear-jerker tells the tale of three sisters and the different paths they choose in life, played by Davis, Anita Louise, and Jane Bryan. Bette Davis had already won an Oscar by the time this film hit theaters and was soon to win another with her next picture, Jezebel. Errol Flynn was likewise a top draw at the box office, having already done Captain Blood and Charge of the Light Brigade. Signs of use include mild edge and fold wear, slight fold separations, pinholes, and some toning. There are small tears and chips, light creases, as well as mostly unobtrusive stains and foxing.

    Estimate: $800 - $1,600.
