    The Sin Sister (Fox, 1929). Folded, Fine+. One Sheet (28" X 41").
Making its Heritage debut, this gorgeous stone litho poster hails from an early entry in Nancy Carroll's Hollywood career. In her final silent film, Carroll is a vaudeville dancer who finds herself stranded in the Great White North along with a rich family, a grouchy fur trader, and a zany Eskimo for company, with supporting performances by supplied by Lawrence Gray and Josephine Dunn. The poster shows such signs of usage as some edge and fold wear, slight fold separations, creasing, and tears. Also apparent is mostly unobtrusive staining, mild surface rippling, faint tape stains, as well as subtle toning. There are minor paper lifts at the bottom with slight adhesive remnants, as well as thin slivers of paper loss at the edges. The verso has strips of paper tape, in addition to a few pieces of archival tape bracing tears. One of the tears has very light touchup applied.

    Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
