    Description

The Santa Fe Trail (Paramount, 1930). One Sheet (27.5" X 41").
Richard Arlen stars as a sheepherder who takes a stand against a local cattle baron, and is soon framed for the murder of a Native American. Spanish actress Rosita Moreno plays his love interest, while child actors Junior Durkin and Mitzi Green act as witnesses to prove Arlen's innocence. An unusual trait for its time, this early talkie portrayed Mexican characters actually speaking in Spanish, rather than just speaking with an accent. This fantastic stone litho poster is a rare find indeed, and is a first time offer from Heritage. It shows touchup to the folds, small chips in the borders, and a larger chip in the upper right corner. Still visible are some faint stains in the border and interior. Very Fine- on Linen.

    Estimate: $1,500 - $3,000.
