DescriptionThe Mysterious Lady (MGM, 1929). Folded, Fine/Very Fine. German Poster (37.75" X 56") Heinz Schulz-Neudamm Artwork.
This gorgeous stone litho German poster, featuring a beautiful portrait of Greta Garbo, was done by Heinz Schultz-Neudamm (1899-1969), one of the country's great graphic illustrators who created the classic Metropolis poster. Slight indications of age include minor edge and fold wear, small chips, pinholes, and light creases. Most of the pinholes and chips have splices with touchup attached to the verso with cellophane tape. The poster's two panels have been attached with adhesive on the verso.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
