DescriptionThe Love Light (United Artists, 1921). Window Card (13.75" X 21.25").
Set in Italy, Mary Pickford plays a girl torn between the love of her family and love of a wounded soldier she cares for while her brothers are away fighting WWI. An early classic from United Artists, this film has little surviving paper still seen today, making this beautiful stone litho window card an exciting find for Pickford fans. Offered for the first time at Heritage, it has some slight edge wear, soft creases, corner bend in the lower left corner, and mild staining in the upper left border. Many of the early films had window cards of different sizes, and this particular card may either have a slight trim in the border or be fully intact. Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $1,500 - $3,000.
