The Harvey Girls (MGM, 1949). Folded, Fine/Very Fine. First Post-War Release Italian 4 - Fogli (55" X 77") Ercole Brini Artwork.
Always a Judy Garland fan favorite,The Harvey Girls saw Garland and Ray Bolger together again for the first time since Dorothy and the Scarecrow danced down the yellow brick road. Rounding it all out was a fabulous score from industry veterans Harry Warren and Johnny Mercer, who netted an Academy Award for the unforgettable "On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe." The wonderful Ercole Brini offers a lovely impressionistic rendering of Garland and co-star John Hodiak on this beautiful Italian 4 - fogli. The poster is still in great shape, with just slight fold wear and separation, pinholes, and small tears. Also present are unobtrusive stains and smudges, a few paper lifts the background, and faint toning.

    Estimate: $500 - $1,000.
