    The 39 Steps (Gaumont, 1935). Framed Lobby Card (11" X 14") & Autographed Card (2.5" X 3.25"). Hitchcock.
Offered in this lot is a lobby card and undated signed notecard, framed in a custom cut matte board. Starring Robert Donat, Madeleine Carroll, Lucie Mannheim, Godfrey Tearle, Peggy Ashcroft, John Laurie, Helen Haye, Frank Cellier, Wylie Watson, Gus McNaughton, Jerry Verno, and Alfred Hitchcock. Directed by Alfred Hitchcock. An unrestored lobby card with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, pinholes, or minor surface scuffs. The note card is signed "Robert Donat." Heritage Auctions believes the signature to be authentic, but know before bidding that no Certificate of Authenticity is provided. Due to the size/weight of this lot, shipping costs may be higher than usual. Please see full-color, enlargeable image above for more details. Very Fine.
