DescriptionTarantula (Universal International, 1956). Full-Bleed German A1 (23.25" X 33.5") Klaus Dill Artwork.
Released shortly after the success of the giant ant hit, Them, this 1955 classic stars the likes of John Agar, Mara Corday, and Leo Carroll facing off against none other than a towering tarantula. Popular not only for the destructive arachnid, the film also features an uncredited Clint Eastwood as a jet squadron leader. Any collector of 1950s science fiction/big bug extravaganzas will no doubt want to add this electrifying German poster to their collections. Touchup to this Heritage first has been applied to the folds, with partial touchup to pinholes at the edges and background. Very Fine+ on Linen.
Estimate: $800 - $1,600.
