    Description

Straight to Heaven (Sack Amusement Enterprises, 1939). Fine- on Linen. One Sheet (27" X 41.5").
This all-black cast gangster melodrama stars Nina Mae McKinney, star of Hallelujah (1929), and Sanders of the River (1935). After McKinney, a very talented actress, had several leading roles in big budget films, she had to takes roles in lesser productions. There has been restoration applied to fold wear and separation, pinholes, tears, and some paper loss in the borders and folds, particularly below the center crossfold and along much of the lower horizontal fold. Still visible are unaddressed smudges and subtle writing bleedthrough.

    Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
